Terms of Service
for information and consulting services
This document is an official offer (public offer) from a self-employed specialist / individual entrepreneur (hereinafter — the "Contractor") to enter into an agreement for information and consulting services with any capable individual (hereinafter — the "Client") under the terms set forth below.
1. General Provisions
- 1.1. This document is a public offer in accordance with applicable law.
- 1.2. Acceptance of this offer is considered full or partial payment for services by the Client.
- 1.3. From the moment of acceptance, the contract is considered concluded.
2. Subject of Agreement
- 2.1. The Contractor provides the Client with information and consulting services in the form of mentorship, consultations, reviews, training sessions and related materials in IT, frontend development, career growth and related areas.
- 2.2. Services are provided remotely (online) via video calls, messengers or other digital channels.
3. Rights and Obligations
The Contractor undertakes to:
- provide services in good faith and in the agreed scope;
- maintain confidentiality of Client information.
The Client undertakes to:
- provide accurate information necessary for the provision of services;
- pay for services in a timely manner;
- understand that results depend on personal effort and engagement.
4. Cost and Payment Terms
- 4.1. Service costs are listed on the JScriptiser website or agreed individually.
- 4.2. Payment is made electronically through payment systems.
- 4.3. Payment means the Client agrees to all terms of the offer.
5. Liability
- 5.1. The Contractor does not guarantee specific financial, career or other results.
- 5.2. Services are consultative and informational in nature and do not constitute licensed educational activities.
6. Other Terms
- 6.1. The Contractor may amend the offer without prior notice.
- 6.2. The current version of the offer is always available on the website.
