JScriptiser Refund Policy

This document supplements the Terms of Service. Refunds depend on whether delivery has started and who cancelled the session. Refund requests go to jscriptiser@gmail.com.

1. Withdrawal within 14 days

1.1. Within 14 days of payment you may withdraw from a consultation without giving a reason.
1.2. If the session has not taken place by then, the full amount is refunded.
1.3. If you asked for the session to happen before the 14 days elapsed and it was fully delivered, the right to withdraw ends. If the service was partly delivered, an amount proportionate to what was delivered is retained.
1.4. This applies to all clients regardless of country of residence.

2. Rescheduling and cancellation

2.1. Rescheduling or cancelling at least 24 hours before the start costs nothing: you get a full refund or a new time.
2.2. Cancelling less than 24 hours before the start, or not attending, means the service is treated as delivered and payment is not refunded.
2.3. If the Provider cancels or reschedules, you choose between a new time and a full refund.
2.4. If the Provider is more than 15 minutes late, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3. Technical failures and force majeure

3.1. If a session does not happen because of a connection failure, an outage of the video service or other circumstances beyond control, it is rescheduled or fully refunded — your choice.
3.2. If a session is cut short, the part of the payment matching the time not delivered is refunded, or the remaining time is rescheduled by agreement.

4. Services not delivered properly

4.1. If the service is delivered with defects, you may ask for them to be remedied, for a proportionate price reduction, or for a refund. This document does not limit that right.
4.2. Describing what went wrong in your email to jscriptiser@gmail.com will speed up the review.

5. How to request a refund and when money arrives

5.1. Send your request to jscriptiser@gmail.com. Include the payment date and method, the session date and the reason, if there is one.
5.2. You will receive a reply within 10 working days.
5.3. Refunds are paid no later than 14 days after the request is accepted.
5.4. Money is returned by the same means used for payment unless agreed otherwise.

6. Refunds for cryptocurrency payments

6.1. Refunds are made in the same cryptocurrency and network as the original payment.
6.2. The amount is calculated at the rate fixed when the invoice was issued; the network fee is deducted from the refunded amount.
6.3. Funds are sent to the address the payment came from, unless you specify another address in writing.

7. Disputes

7.1. Before starting a dispute through your bank or payment service, email jscriptiser@gmail.com — most situations are resolved by correspondence within a few days.
7.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute resolution procedure in section 14 of the Terms of Service applies.
